Our Client Portal is being used for our Electronic Sales division. All new Estimates and Invoices will be through this system. You will receive an email before the Estimate or Invoice is sent that invites you to the portal. Once the email arrives just click on the link to accept it and you’ll be asked to setup a password. You’ll be in the Client Portal before you know it.
– Approve, deny, or comment on your Estimates
– Pay for Invoices securely online with Paypal or a Credit Card
– Print and Preview Statements
If you still need to pay with a business check you are more than welcome to just reference the invoice number and send it in. We will apply the payment for you. You will then be notified via email that the invoice has been paid. It will also show “Paid” in the Client Portal.
